Meet the Staff
Brandi: EFDA, Practice Administrator
Brandi is the Practice Administrator at Hampshire Family Dental and a dedicated Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). She has been a valued member of the Hampshire Family Dental team since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience and commitment to the practice. Brandi began her dental career after graduating from NHTI in 2005, later returning to earn her EFDA certification in 2021. In 2024, she stepped into her leadership role as Practice Administrator, where she combines her clinical background with a passion for team development and patient care.
With a lifelong love for dentistry, Brandi is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Outside the office, she enjoys camping, traveling, ocean views, and shopping—but her favorite moments are spent with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved dog.
Michelle V: Patient Care Coordinator
If you’ve been to Hampshire Family Dental, chances are you’ve met Michelle V., our Patient Care Coordinator since 2016 (and in the dental world since 2014). She’s the wizard behind insurance verification, billing, and making sure your copay surprises are minimal. Michelle knows dental insurance inside and out—and she keeps things light with her quick wit and upbeat attitude. Off the clock, she’s usually out running, curled up with a book, camping, cooking, or hanging with her favorite people (and her cats: Debbie, Brenda, and Doris—yes, they have full names, and no, they don’t pay rent).
Hannah: Patient Care Coordinator
Hannah has been in the dental field since 2020. She is the friendly face behind scheduling, insurance verification, and billing-helping ensure every patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Hannah takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients and finds true joy in watching patients grow more confident in both their smile and their relationship with the practice. Outside the office Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, son and their two dogs. Whether it’s relaxing at the beach, hiking in the woods, or exploring the mountains, she and her family love spending time together in nature.
Jessica T: Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica has been in the dental field since 2004 and with our office since 2005, initially as a dental assistant and now as a dental hygienist. She enjoys educating patients about their oral needs and helping them achieve their dental goals. She is also licensed to administer local anesthetic which is a great asset for patient comfort. Jessica specifically loves seeing children with the goal of creating a positive, fun dental experience. In her free time Jessica enjoys many outdoor activities such as snowboarding, relaxing on the beach, travel and spending time with her husband, children and dogs.
Lisa: Registered Dental Hygienist
Lisa has been a dental hygienist since 1984 and joined our team in 2011. She is licensed in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She also has the experience of working in a periodontal practice for 5 years. One of Lisa’s favorite aspects of her work is helping patients that haven’t been to the dentist in many years establish good oral health and help to ease any potential fear they may have. She also enjoys bicycling, reading and spending time with her long time boyfriend.
Jess R: Registered Dental Hygienist
Jess graduated from University of New England with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2023. She also graduated with the highest honors and was inducted into the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. Her goal is to provide high-quality care to her patients and provide oral health education in a friendly and relaxed environment. In her free time, Jess enjoys riding her horse, cooking, and spending time at the lake with her family and friends.
Rachel: Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel began her journey in dentistry at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI), where she earned both a certificate in Dental Assisting and a degree in Health Science. She worked as a dental assistant in an orthodontic office for three years before returning to NHTI to pursue dental hygiene, graduating in 2020. Rachel is passionate about patient care and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, Prim and Dixie. She loves reading, going for walks, practicing hot yoga, camping, tackling garage projects with her husband, and making memories with her family.
Katie: Registered Dental Hygienist
Katie is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist at Hampshire Family Dental with a passion for creating positive dental experiences for every patient. She earned a bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from West Liberty University in 2024. After working as a travel hygienist, Katie found her home in New Hampshire, bringing with her a fresh perspective and commitment to personalized care. Inspired by her own great dental experiences growing up, she strives to make each visit comfortable, supportive and informative. Outside the office, Katie enjoys visiting her niece back in Pennsylvania and pogoing with friends.
Courtney: Certified Dental Assistant
Courtney has been with Hampshire Family Dental since 2014. She is a CDA who loves to work one on one with the patients fabricating temporary crowns, whitening patients’ teeth and assisting our doctors during countless procedures. In her off time, she enjoys reading, taking her dog Madison on long walks and hiking with her boyfriend, Nate in the White Mountains.
Ashley: Certified Dental Assistant
Ashley graduated from NHTI’s Dental Assisting program in 2020, joining our team in 2022. With previous experience at a pediatric dental office, Ashley is skilled with kids, those with special needs, and preventative sealants. She loves to learn and enjoys learning new skills she can use to treat and educate her patients. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with her family and husband.
Breanne: Certified Dental Assistant
Breanne has been in the dental field since 2014. She loves having the ability to help others and grow in the process, which is the main reasons he thrives at Hampshire Family Dental. Helping people progress through dental fears and become more confident with their smiles are just a few more among the many things she loves about dentistry. When she is not in the office, she enjoys time with her family and pets. She also has a passion for adventuring with the HFD run club.
Tammy: Dental Assistant
With a bright smile and a laugh that puts everyone at ease, Tammy has been bringing warmth and expertise to the dental field since 1997. Affectionately known as “Grammy Tammy,” she’s built lasting relationships with patients by making them feel comfortable, cared for, and heard.
Tammy loves helping people feel confident about their smiles and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment every day. Outside the office, you’ll find her with a good book, out exploring, or spending quality time with her kids and six wonderful grandkids.
