Financial Policies & Payment Options
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (603) 895-5600.

We are in-network with Northeast Delta Dental, but are happy to submit insurance claims to most other dental insurance companies. Please be aware that your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company, so you will need to contact them about your individual coverage. We will provide you with an estimated treatment plan based on what your insurance company policies are, but this is not a guarantee of their coverage. You are responsible for your portion of the payment at the time of service. Any uncovered services will also be your responsibility.
Please be advised that our cancellation policy requires 24 hours for appointments that can not be kept, however, if you can give us more notice it is greatly appreciated. There is a charge for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. We do provide reminders, but ultimately remembering the appointment is the patient’s responsibility.
